A unique method that supports both strength and healing, it blends Pilates, breathwork and fascia.

Rooted in the functional principles of Pilates, it builds deep core stability while addressing the body as a connected whole.

Fascia flossing introduces a vital layer, enhancing tissue health by promoting glide, hydration, and resilience within the fascial network.

Breathwork underpins the practice, not only deepening core activation but also:

  • Supporting digestion
  • Releasing stored tension.

I created it because I was craving movement that felt truly nurturing both physically and emotionally, not the kind of movement that would drain me for the rest of the day.

I created this method after 10+ years teaching and 30 years practising movement. The Method was born from my personal need to go deeper in my practice and my own personal healing journey.
