Hi,

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. That experience shifted everything – it deepened my understanding of the body’s rhythms and resilience, and it’s shaped how I move, breathe, and teach today. My approach is now more inclusive, more intuitive, and rooted in compassion. My method offers movement that nourishes you instead of depleting your energy and gives you a space to come back to yourself. I want you to experience movement from a place of empowered femininity where softness is strength, breath is power and movement is medicine.

I believe that feeling empowered comes from within and that connection is strength. And that movement, when done with care, becomes nourishment – not another thing to push through. That’s how the Empowered Body Method was born. Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, move with more ease, or simply breathe a little deeper, I’m here to support and guide you. 

If you’re new to my work, I’m a Pilates instructor, breathwork facilitator, and fascia-focused movement guide. My work weaves together mindful movement, breath, and fascia healing into a method designed to bring calm to your body, clarity to your mind, and strength to your core – without the stress, pressure, or hustle. 

With a background in dance and over a decade of teaching experience, movement has always been my language – a way to connect, to heal, and to come home to myself.
