Introducing the 21 day Restorative Strength Programme

For the woman who has pushed through exhaustion too many times by moving in a way that didn’t honour her body.

Here is a 3-week online immersion combining Pilates, Breathwork, and The Empowered Body Method. 

EBM is a unique blend of movement, fascia release, and nervous system regulation that I created for you, the woman who’s tried all the classes but still experiences energy crashes and low self-esteem. 

Here’s what you’ll experience

21 days to reconnect with your body, reclaim your strengthand regulate your nervous system and energy levels

Each week will give you 4 classes that have been designed specifically for you so you no longer have to choose between healing and strength. It’s all in there and the classes can be repeated as many times as you need/wish.

Week 1
Reconnect:

Ground into awareness.

Breathwork 1 – a 15 minute somatic approach to reconnect with your body
Breathwork 2 – 15 minute to explore the 3-part breath technique
Pilates – a 30 minute flow
EBM – 30 minute to experience fascia release through the main meridians according to TCM

Week 2
Reclaim:

Your strength comes from within.
Experience fascia flossing, mindful activation and deep core exercises.
Breathwork 1 – 10 minute to activate and energise
Breathwork 2 – 15 minute to introduce kapalabhati (or pulse breath) technique
Pilates – 30 minute of core work to bring more focus on your inner strength
EMB – 30 minute of breath, pilates and fascia around corestrength

Week 3
Regulate:

Learn to move with your nervous system, not against it.
Breathwork and flow sequences to balance, restore and tap into your inner strength.
Breathwork 1 – 10 minute to introduce physiological sigh and box breathing
Breathwork 2 – 10 minutes around sound breath techniques, humming and ah breath
Pilates – 30 minutes around hips and emotional release
EBM – 30 minute of pilates flow and fascia work around emotional meridians

Meet your teacher

I believe that feeling empowered comes from within and that connection is strength. And that movement, when done with care, becomes nourishment not another thing to push through.

My name is Pascale, and I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 10 years and studying and practising movement for 30 years.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. 

That experience shifted everything for me – it deepened my understanding of the body’s energy and resilience, and it’s shaped how I move, breathe, and teach today. 

This, together with a background in dance and over a decade of teaching experience, led me to create EBM. Movement has always been my language – a way to connect, to heal, to truly inhabit my body and to come home to myself.

Healing through movement and strength that comes from nourishment is the ultimate recipe for me. It doesn’t have to be hard or punishing. Let me show you the way through the Empowered Body Method, the method I created for women just like you and I.
